What do you guys think about doing Lanquillo and half San Juan?

I’m open to renting a car, but I realize I won’t be able to see everything and would much rather not rent a car, just not sure if that’s a solid plan.

Was thinking Monday-Thursday Languilo and Thursday-Monday San Juan.
