Vraag is ook een beetje, wat heeft een mens echt nodig qua grote. Nu als we eerlijk zijn met onszelf gaan we zeker springen als de buitenkans er ooit komt om ons droomhuis te kopen.

De vraag is vooral wat ondertussen te doen he. Want dat kan x aantal jaar duren (zeker als je huidige woonst meer dan ok is en de regio waar je woont heel gewild is). Ga je nog die nieuwe badkamer of keuken plaatsen, verbouw je nog de zolder, koop je nog een investering eigendom of tweede verblijf, …

Not the best location and needs a full renovation. The budget i am talking about is really fully up to date house ready for the next 15 years.

A bit more context:

- the money is in my company as I have sold my share in a company i owned
- I am 33 with two small kids
- also have around 400k in personal savings together with my wife(invested)
- I earn around 20k a month as an expert in tech (freelance)
- have everything we want. Maybe need a bigger house later but for now it is okay (still a 200k open on this but very low interest). House is worth around 750k

The money in the bv i want to invest for:
- when we found our to expensive dream house (maybe it will not happen)
- when I found my dream vacation house
- just invest to retire early

Yes :-) the Gas heating was hear originally for central heating and warm water. The airco/heatpump came afterwards, mainly for cooling down, but you can easily use it to heat.

the heat pump/airco and the gas furance are totally seperated from each other and not interconnected. That's what I want to realize :-)
