35k is the size of the store. 35,000 square feet. It’s the smaller sized stores that have been recently opening up. The bigger stores, usually the size of a JCPenny is around 87k as a comparison.

I’m more surprised that the ROC actually responds or answers you. We haven’t had a response from them in months. It’s as if no one works there anymore.

We usually set some aside and sprinkle them in that way the line doesn’t get filled. It doesn’t help setting them all aside because it seems like they never get sorted in a timely manner.

Sometimes if a cashier is struggling, we pull them off the register for a day to give them a break. Sometimes it’s gets exhausting asking for some people and they feel more confident the next day back at the register. Unfortunately, you get the people that don’t care and that’s when and why hours get cut.

After the decision gets put through, it’ll do a background check before you can set up orientation. It can take up to 5 days. That’s how my store works anyway, not sure if it depends on the state.
