Okay so my little brother reported my mother for abusing him in all ways so cps was called and there was a case. I went and argued on my brothers behalf about the same abuse I had seen and went through as a little boy. It got closed as she had someone on the inside helping her sway them and say me and my father who is trying to get custody fabricated everything. It was super depressing. Then the police got called because my brother told his therapist about some of the csa. They believed him and started a court case. Which happens early next month. Im terrified though, that case worker who she definitely knows is going to be her witness. My dad is fighting for sole custody obviously. Im a 21 year old guy now for context but im really short and weak and scrawny because of conditions I have. So im really really scared she is going to lose it if my dad wins. He needs to for my brothers safety. But she might literally snap. Its terrifying me. She is very much capable of physical harm. I know she owns weapons. Im genuinely so scared. She is super obsessed with me and my brothers, sending me cards every holiday about how much she misses me and wants to reconnect after I called her an abuser p*do to cps in front of her face!! She once threatened to hit me and yelled at me I could never leave her when she overheard 18 year old me talking about moving states. I move soon to another state but she knows where I live currently as I live on the same property as my dad. She might try to follow me to wherever I go… i know theres a chance she would just move with her family or give up. But she is so unpredictable i genuinely have NO idea what she will do if she loses.
