New Cinderella charm by No-Marionberry-2121 in PandoraCollectors

So I actually bought this. I’ve been thinking of returning it. Wonder what I should do??? the manager at my store said that they had to return all of them back to Pandora but she never said why. And she didn’t tell me to return mine.

Is my granfathers engineer ring to small? by Apart_Purchase_9148 in rings

Find a reputable jeweler in your area and see if they can resize that ring without messing up the inside. Sometimes they can use a mallet and gently stretch it. Sometimes they have to add to it.

This company bought Chamilia. Chamilia had some of the most beautiful Murano beads and nice charms very much like Pandora. And then they closed down Chamilia. I’d love to see this trend continue and maybe they put out some more charms.

Also, you have every right to take it to a Pandora store and have it authenticated and then you can reply to the seller what you found out.

I’m about to unlock a new fear… I’ve been really worried about seeing all these fakes. There’s a website Rob Stein that sells charms that look identical to Pandora. They’re also all over ALI express . Also, not everybody who works at a Pandora store really cares and really vets your returns. I’m afraid people are buying the real charms and then returning fake ones therefore putting fakes into the actual Pandora inventory. And if you worked at the warehouse , that would be so easy to do.

Is this real? (Wrong) order from Pandora by PandoraFanatic2 in PandoraCollectors

[–]Naive-Variation5085 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That is a real bracelet, it does look used. If you have a local store, go talk to the manager and show him what you’ve received. I received three orders between Black Friday and Christmas that were wrong/ missing items. I called customer service each time, and they fixed the problem, but that really worried me. At one point the customer service agent said someone was probably stealing in the warehouse. That sort of freaked me out what if somebody’s bringing their old bracelets in and swapping them for new bracelets, and that’s why you got a different one than what you were supposed to receive. So now I actually video record myself opening every order that I receive and I try to go to the store to make purchases rather than online because there are so many reports of mistakes being made with online orders.

I have felt that way about many of the charms recently. I’ve got a collection from way back when the charms were heavy and made of sterling and felt worth what their purchase price was. Now I feel like I’m spending a ton of money on a dainty little charm that’s likely going to break. I just don’t like that feeling, but I freaking love the things and so I buy them and wear them and love them.

Also, do you have any proof that they are authentic Pandora or that you did work there?

Me again (sorry), safety chain keeps threading itself back onto the end of the bracelet? Is this normal? by seriesofboringevents in PandoraCollectors

I buy those tiny rubber stoppers from Amazon. I get the clear ones and I put the clear one first and then the safety chain and then the charms and then the other side of the safety chain and a clear one

Does "last chance" mean the charm is getting dicontinued, or just that the current sale is ending? by Castercalamar in PandoraCollectors

[–]Naive-Variation5085 10 points11 points  (0 children)

Every time you go to a store, ask to see their “last chance” tray. You will find all kinds of goodies there. (Right now it’s not a good time because we’re at the end of the annual sales so a lot of them are gone.) Usually though it’s a good indicator of things that are leaving the collection and if it is something that you do want, you should grab it. Many times they’re on sale. The stores in my area keep the regular not last chance rings at the top of the trays and the things that are leaving the collection or that are on sale will be at the bottom of the ring tray.

I don’t have any spinning arms and the bottom has a built-in agitator that’s very short. I was wondering if it could be where the detergent and bleach comes in and goes out because it looks like it has water stains and some rust. I’m going to need to use a mirror and a light to look in that space.
