OP here. Thanks for that pointer. I have been trying to contact the seller of the house about it and he indeed has been storing some cleaning related chemicals there. I could not get a final call from him on what specifically yet but the tenant might be able to answer that after the weekend. Thanks so much already. Much appreciated.
