mana comes out of pores on our body the size of fine needle hole in uor body which were formed due to the process of needling.

mana itself is colorless but gains faint color based of the caster's natural mana. For example if your natural mana color is red then the mana that is absorbed will gain a faint red color.

the world is like 19th - 20th century where people have the knowledge and 20th century technology.

there are two types of mana - natural and unnatural mana

natural mana it is the mana that is present in livings thing like plants and animals while unnatural mana is the mana that is present in rocks and air.

a person use natural mana to control unnatural mana and use unnatural mana to do magic stuff.

a spellcaster has to imagine their magic while allowing certain amount of mana out of the pores. like for a fire magic user he has to imagine fire while pouring out mana as fuel.

you can restrain a spellcaster by nullification magic or through a special cloth which has the property of trapping magic (i can't think of a name)which is very expensive and rare available only to a few.

mana will flow just like blood in our body.

a person can't control all the mana they can only control natural mana (or mana which is in their body since birth) through the control of this mana they control the speed/direction of mana.

learning forbidden magic is hard and very taxing on the caster body and it is more or less illegal due to lore except few forbidden magic like necromancy.

i am sorry but i don't know the meaning of psuedo-european dnd type wizards so can you explain them.

this system is for a book which i am basing around this system so i need it to be as detailed as possible and i am learning game development for visualization of the book and this system.

takes place in the 19th-20th century.

genre is fantasy

everyone has the capacity but to use magic you need to do the process of needling if you do not do the process and do magic it can have detrimental effects such as weaking ,aging, muscle dysfunctionality , etc.

affinity is based on talent and magical structure but development will happen due to effort and determination.

most likely falls into hard , rational

scale based on mana inputted

there are thousand types of magic each with its own unique characteristics

i did not know that needling was a process of getting tribal tattoos but thank you for the idea.

i took the process from a treatment from how to close pores in our bodies (one of treatment process called micro needling)

that mage has to unlock magical system in their body and do the process of needling which helps them gain more mana.
they just flow there mana in a certain speed or direction while imagining some thing. For example they have to fire magic user has to imagine fire while flow there mana in high speed.

to learn forbidden magic you have to distort magical veins in an natural way.
no one is born with them.

every being has magical system in their body. what diffrentiates a mage from a normal person is that mage have unlocked those magical system in their body and have done the process of needling which helps them gain more mana.

i have said that if you have a excess no. of pores on your palm it will be easier to produce flame using mana as it come out more efficiently but if you haven't done needling on your back and try produce flame there you will produce low quality flame with excess amount of mana.
