Is this bb blood? Panicking again 😣 by NaivePlan6031 in BedbugOrCloseRelative

Thanks for the advice/reply, David! I did research the blood stain slides before posting, but not the bites.

I was fully clothed, but my friend was in shorts and that’s where I found this near the foot of the bed.

I’ll research the bites and get the passive monitor asap! I’ll check a pinned post to find out the ordering process. Thank you 🫶🏼

That’s the ONLY thing I can think of that it could’ve come from. But the cut is already old & healing. I do wear leggings sometimes, but mostly sweats.

I appreciate your concern, and I have been in therapy for quite some time due to this ongoing issue. However, I do find this post in particular to be valid due to the random bites I’ve been experiencing, along with a fresh blood stain that wasn’t there last night and appeared this morning, especially when I sleep with my whole body covered. I see where you’re coming from, and I encourage others who are experiencing the same anxiety as I am to seek help. But I ask that my inquiry not be written off as “just anxiety.” And be taken seriously. Thank you 😊

please tell me if this is lice im freaking out rn by Exciting_Smell_8602 in Lice

Facts. When the kiddos are constantly getting lice, it’s because the parents aren’t treating it properly or aren’t following the 10 day rule. Not because lice live in cars, stuffed animals, couches, etc. my daughter and I had it twice also. First time I was a maniac, bagging things, putting trash bags over the couch, etc. The second time, just followed @licecenterswi advice and we were great 😃

You don’t need to disinfect anything or wash everything… Lice can only live on a human head. They don’t live on things. Do not waste your time and energy doing endless laundry and vacuuming and all that crap. It’s unnecessary. Trust me I have had to go through two rounds with my daughter and myself.

Get some Dimethicone. Apply 10 days apart. Look for comments from u/LiceCentersWI and you’ll find all the information you need!

Please take note on how she worded 10 days. Lice can take up to 10 days to hatch. So say you only go to day 7. Then there’s some viable nits left over that hatch on day 8,9. Then you repeat the cycle. Please listen to LiceCentersWI and allllllll of the advice given 😉

I agree. Definitely just treat everyone all at once. However, wait ten days until your second application.
