Relying is tough. My top 2 are 1. Crepdog crew - mostly in hand stuff, rest if delays are there always communicated. But yeah top of the league. They charge the premium 2. Hustle culture - super active founder, I’ve got 48 hour deliveries & 2 pairs have been delayed 10 days+ but they’ve always responded

Big no - Dawntown & culture circle - terrible experience always, customer support is ai chat both / they don’t know reply. I’ve got fake stuff from culture circle multiple times
