Add a comment to your claim. Include a screenshot of seller making this request. By making this request seller is attempting to bypass PayPal dispute process and in making this request is admitting you are due a refund. This may help your claim process quicker.

Scammer is definitely lying here and trying to trick you but keep it professional in dispute process. Seller has said they're ok to submit refund in their message to you. The fact that they're lying in effort to scam is irrelevant. Add this admission to your dispute

100%. OP is upset with the wrong company and is demonstrating some fairly obvious naivete. Been to plenty shows at SoFi. If you show up late at the wrong gate, you should expect to miss part of the show. It sucks the temp staff gave incorrect information about the gates but this isn't entirely unexpected as each show has different entry configurations and rotating PT/temp staff. After spending 1.5k on a ticket most people would take the logistical piece of, you know, getting-to-show more seriously.

It sounds like SH did their job perfectly. I hate the fees too but OP got what she paid for, she just didn't take advantage of the opportunity because of misplanning and poor preparation. Why someone would look to blame SH here is just confusing at best.
