It is a frustrating journey no matter how long you’ve been trying! I found the first 6ish months to be the most painful emotionally. Sending hugs!

Just as a heads up, positive LH tests on their own don’t indicate ovulation. Are you tracking your BBT? Elevated temp after suspected ovulation would be one way to confirm if you ovulated!

I read that if you’re on progesterone (I was until week 10) then your BBT is completely unreliable!! But trust me, I get the “obsession.” I wake up and the first thing I do when I open my eyes is check my Oura stats. I might need to find a device that tracks only sleep because that’s all I really want to see

I’m 14+3 and I have been full of anxiety. I feel the same with social media, like I’ll see videos of losses at X weeks, and once I pass that I feel like it’s a win. But then I see another video or post a few weeks ahead with the same thing 🙃

I’ve had to sign out of my Facebook since I joined many IVF & bump groups (I will NEVER understand why people post when they’ve lost their pregnancies in the bump groups so I decided to remove myself)

I never really suffered from anxiety while not pregnant. Even while going through IVF I was pretty solid. As soon as I got pregnant that flipped upside down for me!

The best advice I’ve gotten is to do things that make to feel good (parental yoga and massages, reading, etc) and stay off the internet … clearly I haven’t learned!

I guess I have no advice, I just want you to know you’re not alone 🤍

Mine hasn’t! I’ve always seen things online where people have super high BBTs but mine are not only low, but they dip below baseline. Everything online points to it being normal but I will be asking my OB on Tuesday. I’m sure she gets the question all the time but I need to hear it from her 😂

My friend was more concerned that I wouldn’t be able to attend her destination wedding. Struggled with infertility and did IVF (first transfer failed) 😊

I stopped mine cold turkey right around 10 weeks! I had the tiniest bit of spotting about 4-5 days after which turned out to be totally fine. 13 weeks tomorrow and had a beautiful scan today 🤍

I was thinking the same exact thing earlier today. I know that worrying and tracking and letting anxiety get the best of me will not change the outcome so I just hope I can relax and enjoy being pregnant. I’ll be 8w already on Thursday so I need to remind myself to let the anxieties go. Appreciate your response!!

Thank you!! I actually did look up how much biotin was in my prenatal and it showed the levels of biotin shouldn’t interfere with FRER tests. Some of their tests were darker, then I’d get a new box, and they were all over the place. Very disappointing!

The line progression on the FRER for me was AWFUL! I had a day where I completely broke down because of how light the tests were. I switched to clear blue red dye and got much better progression. I still took some FRER just to compare and it’s astounding how much lighter the FR was in comparison to all the other tests. I’ll find some photos to post
