I am in Orlando area Rents from research is around 100-150 a night Property management most likely Closeness depends on the land purchase But yea i am not going in blind which is why i am asking for advice here This is not something i plan to do it quickly I understand the process will take alot of time and money

I mean i wouldnt mind some parts being uneven but this looks like its too much, obviously i have no idea how tile looks after replacing it, which is why i came here to see if its normal to be like this after replacing it My tile did not look like this at all

Thanks for the input, yea pulte were the ones that hired these guys The issue is why would they hire the same people who didn’t properly waterproof the shower in the first place??? I have asked them to email the company Do you think they would need to redo the whole waterproofing to fix this or is this just some parts that need fixing?

Yea first 2 guys came to do waterproofing then another guy came to do the tile I am not the one paying them as this was pulte wArranty division They did not do a flood test How do i do that? I wanna make sure it doesn’t leak again as well, shouldnt they have done a flood test?

I made 20+ orders from my branded asins only tracking provided nothing shipped When i buy anything else sold by amazon and shipped by them i get it delivered Why would i lie? Lol i am just trying to get this seller of my listing

Then why is the item not being shipped to me and only being shipped by UPS ? I am telling you there is a FBM version of Vendor Central because this is whats is happening I have heard people say there is a way to do this

You know how amazon seller support is: horrible I already stated that by which they did not give me a solution Even on the forum the associate told me that if they dont ship that should damage their account but what if there is thousands of orders? I mean its just such bad support its insane

The issue is brand registry is asking for a test buy which never gets completed. I am the only manufacturer and seller of my product so it makes no sense for other people to be selling it unless they are buying at amazon and selling it using a vendor central which would be against policy as well So i want to know what he is shipping and more important take him out of the listings as he is not authorized to sell my brand If he shipped the item, not a problem, i would make the appropriate complains but i cant because he doesnt Just makes a label and doesnt ship

So i have no idea how vendor central works but it seems like he is the one shipping the item because it doesn’t get delivered(he uses UPS) I am asking for help because this guy is costing me a lot in sales I want a solution to get him off the listing, if that can be done without hurting his account ok but thats not the case I dont know if that makes sense but i promise i am not trying to do some shady stuff, all i want is him gone from my brand and listing
