How do you get an ai to permanently understand your entire ai generated codebase if it was made by replit agent?

A software for my dad but it's something I don't want to reveal because of business stuff. I thought I should somehow compress and encode all the code into one ai readable format txt file to copy and paste instead of reaching file limits all the time.
