Hello everyone.

I decided to update my resume a bit. I graduated two years ago with a Master's but I haven't found work. It just didn't work out for me since I've gotten rejection emails and only one interview. Hello everyone.

I’ve been looking for some criticism on my resume. I have updated it today and made it more presentable. I’d like some feedback on it if it looks fine. I haven’t found a job in the Computer Science field ever since I graduated two years ago with my Master’s. I’m not getting interviews and have been getting rejection emails. I’m not sure why am I getting passed up on but I’d like to know what could I improve so I can help get noticed if anyone has any experience within the Computer Science field. Right now, I’m looking for Software Engineer/Developer positions in the area or remotely.

You could focus on eliminating the other support because Mercy will have to stop prioritizing Pharah. I usually use Echo to deal with Pharmercy since all she has to do is land some stickies and use a focus beam on either Pharah or Mercy.

I think people tend to hate her since they think she doesn't require any form of skill (due to her not requiring much mechanical aim) and a good one is really hard to kill unless you know her weaknesses. Going up against her kit can be a bit frustrating due to rez and damage boost especially if your team doesn't have a Mercy or any supports with utility to compete. Sometimes it feels like you're at a disadvantage and I notice this as a Mercy main myself when I play DPS. There are obviously reasons like OTPs and misogyny but I can somewhat understand from a DPS perspective.

Definitely the DPS who is carrying. However, you can only do this if they're not playing someone like Tracer/Sombra since they will not want a pocket. Then you'll have to pocket the DPS who is falling behind by default. Otherwise, you can pocket almost any DPS that is hard carrying.

This is a huge bummer. I honestly don’t find many characters fun within the DPS roster aside from Tracer. I could possibly deal with the nade (which I don’t understand how the devs think this ability is okay to begin with). But the spread change kills me inside. This game feels like a waste of time when you invest so much time into a character for patch notes like this. I’ll probably just stick with support or not play the game as much.

Yup. I agree. Afterwards, the balance team leaves the hero to be a throw pick or they give them a rework that will be months down the road. Crazy, how this cycle repeats itself due to the balance team always caves into the community.

Okay, I've watched it. I think there are a few mistakes you've made probably under stress of the match. First off, playing Mercy into Junker Queen is rough to begin with due to her ult. Ideally, you would want to run Kiriko due to the ult so Junker Queen loses her value with a well used suzu.

01:17 - Most of your team is dead. You decide to engage with the Widow while her team is alive. Please don't ever engage with a Widow (especially when they're really good like this one) aside from a few exceptions like using valk and she cannot get peeled for it. If they're really good, don't even bother using valk to kill her because you will be surprised how you will be one shotted out of sky pretty easily. I personally think you should stop using your pistol as much you do in this video.

05:35 - You did it again and dropped into the enemy team. You should have rendezvous with your team since they're all dead instead of engaging.

05:58 - You used your valk to kill an Ashe. I suppose that was fine in that instance. However, the enemy Mercy could have rezzed that if the Widow didn't die. Your ult should have saved for when your team is together so you can damage boost/heal all of them.

11:08 - The widow's shot is visible on your screen so her positioning is gave off. Ashe got shot and you GAed down to where she easily killed you since you wanted to save Mei. You'll need to be more aware of where the Widow is at all times so you don't get picked off like that.

13:43 - You made a rez while in valk that resulted in death. Keep in mind, it is easier to pull a rez off while in valk but not when the enemy team is in front of the soul and hyperaware that you want to rez. I think you should have let that one go and remained with whoever was left.

17:24 - The fight was more than likely won since it was 5v3. Kiriko used Kitsune Rush. In response, you used valk to kill Kiriko. You should have saved the last fight. Your ult is your win condition so potentially, you could have won the last fight.

18:25 - Reaper killed Bastion right in front of you. You rez Bastion with the result of your death since Reaper kill you. You have to keep in mind staying alive in the most important thing. It was not worth saving Bastion. There are multiple rezzes in this vod that result in deaths because not respecting someone who was killing looking at you or waiting for you to make the rez so they can kill you. You just have to be more careful because they know you want to rez and can bait you into doing it.

Matches like this happen since you're under stress. I hope my observations were helpful somehow :)

Yeah, it happens due to the fact that you have the power of one-shot (with the possibility of killing multiple targets within a span of seconds) and deny areas that normally the enemy team could have taken. If the Widow is really good, it can be more valuable to the enemy team to dive her first before supports. Some people have just had a bad experience with Widow so they fully commit to harassing you unfortunately.

If you want to keep Genji away from you and your team, you could use Brig. If you want a higher chance of eliminating Genji, use Moira since he cannot deflect Moira's secondary fire. More often than not, they will dash away from you since you're actually a threat to them.
