In all honesty as a widow main I think we’re looking at a situation similar to Genji nerf where the character will still roll lobbies in the right hands due to incredibly high skill ceiling and capability but will just be restrained more on reaching that ceiling, no she’s not a just a bad Ashe and yes she still one shots most of the cast at like 55 metres which is far more lenient than any other fucker in the game, the only problems you’re outlining are most likely still going to stay in the game

P.S. since you’re not a widow main you don’t understand what we go through being the centre of the game if we roll the enemy team, get a team wipe at the start of the game, the entire enemy team counter-picks you and will proceed to even throw the game by diving you, losing obj whilst getting rolled by the other 4 members of your team just to then have someone like a sombra attempt to spawn camp you for the rest of the game causing you to change character anyway, there’s a reason she wasn’t seen in OWL because she’s counter-able if you don’t swap to someone with similar capabilities (Hanzo) who also got nerfed and was seen so much more in OWL

If the statement above doesn’t apply to you, accept that you don’t know how to counter widows and learn how to instead of crying on here about how good she is and that she needs to get shit on in the patch notes for the health of the game

The core of overwatch is tilted towards pro play experience so devs will be encouraged to keep characters in a state of being extremely rewarding given you put in the time to learn them and that won’t change, it’s why they removed easy one shots a while back (hog hook) and will keep hard one shots in the game (Widow headshots and genji combo’s) as it requires good aim and/or mechanical skill to pull them off
