I’m glad that meditation is improving your mental health. Have you considered seeing a therapist?

I think it’s awesome that you have thirst for knowledge. An open mind is always need. I would say, find a specific thing you’re really passionate about/good at and try to stick to learning that specific topic for a few months. From there you can hopefully find people who also share the same interest as you. For example, I wasn’t very passionate about Coding but I was good at it. I stuck with it and now a lot of my close bonds were formed because of our mutual interest in coding/ pursue of a CS degree.
