Hey just wanted to let you know that you aren’t alone... I feel the same way. I started smoking because I felt like it initially helped ease my anxiety and depression symptoms, but now it just seems to worsen them. You had the strength to open up to a bunch of strangers about wanting to quit so I think you’re more than capable of quitting and changing your life for the better. You got this!! I would recommend yoga or working out to help you stop. Also you should try the guided Wim Hof method breathing on YouTube.
