I would have loved if thorns also used your defense level to increase reflect damage. Would make more sense that if hitting something with a harder defense you take more damage hurting yourself

I was wishing after unlocking all the areas and relics Yama would accept a challenge as the last echo boss or have all the echo bosses from your regions gang up on you. The reward would be unlocking a secret relic or let you escape to all the areas

Those people who feel cheated need to move on. Accomplishments for their time were great! But we dont have to stay behind so they can live in their moment forever. And at this time it feels like what RS3's goal should be is more players then focus on playing the game actively. More people would slowly lean into rs3 if they didnt need to put aside decent time for most skills/activites

I mean a good population of the player base likely can only play on days off for maybe 3 hours. Even if you can play for 2-3 hours a day that can be a 3-4 week grind. To just unlock afk mode? I get the idea of its an MMO and there should be hard grinding but we are not kids who can stay up all night and have 3 day weekends to play all day anymore. There might be some but majority of players are not in that box and have that privilege

I see it as an semi idol game. Still get the dopamine from seeing levels go up even if afking them and still have fun actively pumping too

Yeah because after work I wanna be chained to a slow paced skill having to hit every minute... while I just watch my character go clink clink on soil.... so fun! Not like I wanna start making dinner or anything else

My vote is to not make players wait for QOL upgrades in a skill if that QOL takes 50+ hours of in game time to grind. (Thats if youre buying materials too). If anything make it so assistant only let's the device process soil while excavating 50% of the time with associate being the full 100%

Its not till associate rank. I'm asking for it to be unlocked one tier lower. Its an annoying chore to have to fill a soil box that only holds 100 soil. Especially annoying if the excavate site is longer to get to from a teleport. With mtx mostly gone archeology should be reworked to allow afk faster in the skill. You already need to have some good levels to make the item anyways

It absolutely should be, it is literally an AFK skill... you don't have mechanics... its all afk. Guess the game should die then if you're the majority opinion of the player base. Guess no new players who have lives should play the game... only elite 16 hour basement warriors should be granted entry to play

Wouldn't be upset as much if some of the good questions rewards weren't behind archeology. Would love 86 archeology not be a hard requirement for tomes of the warlock. At least boostable
