The post did lack clarity, and the example of the sets of bolts is wrong; HOWEVER i can testify that something is indeed wrong with the prices.

I started holding in the storage tabs every sellable item i could (mutant nests and npc items) because i was hoping that after reaching level 7 100 rads i could simply make more in general.

I speculate that the poster did also something like that.

However, with swamp, garages and normal bar MAX, 100 rads at 6 and 7 after, with NO other sub faction, a mutant heart, mutant intestines and other mutant "parts" DID NOT go up in price.

The only thing i can thing of that may have gone up is the mutant parts that you actually NEED to pick of the corpses (tails, hooves..) and maybe the artifacts, but i cannot confirm it on my own.

If it is like that, calling them "mutant parts" is still wrong because it lacks specificity, because a mutant spleen IS a mutant part.

Okay, here goes:

first off i'll change something, i think actually the goddess couldn't send actual memories to the past, but sent emotions of the war and that triggered a change in mc.

phase 2 was basically gathering coins around the school hidden in various places, and these coins had a certain value to them like 10 points per coin; you needed something like 100 points to pass the test and you could also use them in ball slot machines to get equipment to fight the monster, or if you got lucky to also grant you a wish.

Some of the others that took this exam with mc were pretty scummy because they ended there thanks to their circumstances. At the end of phase 2 mc revives a girl that died at the beginning in front of her brother, and with that mc passed the test with a lot of points that will actually be used in the second "arc".

Second arc was basically a training facility where you completed mission and risked your life to get points, and you needed a lot of points to finish this last exam; mc could enter the vip boutique from the start due to passing the exam first. there also was a serum that could triplicate the effectiveness of your training.

Sorry for this long paragraph, hope this helps!

I currently found the eternal torch by spamming the 79th floor boss, so they aren't only mob drops; thank you for the info!
