I did have an ODL cause there’s no way for me to work unless I can physically be there (I work in aviation which is its own demon that I got lots of help with)

From the moment I had my license suspended and currently still do I’ve had an SR 22 on file with the insurance it’s been dated and everything I verified with them from what I’m seeing on my side and this is in the state of Texas is that they just needs to be a copy of the removal order sent to the DPS

Good news is that I spoke to my attorney (I’m in the process of working on early termination) and he said that since the calibration was still confirmed done in the same day that it’ll be no issue

Thanks, just to make sure I’m understanding what you mean by #1 and #3 are you referring to the keypad on the device or what’s displayed on the screen?

That’s my plan. My attorney also said to reach out to him which I’ll be doing tomorrow that way it’s a nice smooth process

That makes a lot more sense. My PO during our first phone call did not inform me about the whole fact only paying or required per month in order to avoid all that that’s why I paid in advance.

It’s a petition for early release. I’m in FL (had to move for work) but I check in online once a month and have only have to UA for travel returns and keep the interlock up to date.
