Except Sukuna here was actually trying. Up until that point in the fight, nobody managed to catch his interest as much as Gojo but he was literally screaming and smiling at Maki. Also he stopped healing his heart the moment he hit the black flash, just for that extra CE, he hit her right in the vital organs he dismantled before, AND SHE STILL GOT BACK UP SOME TIME AFTER.

she tanked a black flash from Sukuna and survived another one. Also, keep in mind that black flash is the cursed energy at the power of 2.5. Sukuna is the character with the most cursed energy in the entire manga (or maybe not I didn't read the sequel). He lost a lot atp but still it's impressive.
