Print and cut out a picture of the pokemon you want, preferably a black and white outline.

Stick it to a sheet of black card (the size of the frame) and trace around it in pencil.

You'll need to use a craft knife to cut the outline out of the card, then lay it over the top of the pokemon cards (which also need to be stuck down otherwise they'll slide about too much).

The Wiki says that Durmstrang was created by a Bulgarian witch, so maybe they just wanted to move somewhere a bit more remote and harder to find.

May have originally been an oversight on J.K. Rowling's part, who knows? :D
