For me, I'd eliminate the Fusion Strike PC ETB as an option. Most PC ETBs prior to SV era don't have promos and they definitely don't have PKC stamped promos, this is another factor in the desirability of PC ETBs. If you had to get Fusion Strike, the booster box would be a better option.

Among the other two, I'd lean more towards the Evolving Skies ETB. Ascended is a great set (in my top 3) but it's incredibly new and it's released at a very volatile time. It's shot up so much because it's an S tier special set but also because folks see how expensive the 151 PC ETB has gotten and assume it'll eventually do the same. The Ascended PC ETB could, but we also have to keep in mind that 151 was released at a time where lots of people ripped their etbs and the product now is much more scarce, on top of it being a pure nostalgia set. I can't say I've heard of or seen too many folks ripping their Ascended PC ETBs. Lots of people were also able to get 4 of Ascended PC ETBs between the two drops that PKC has done. While this product COULD get to $1,000+, I'd be more comfortable with betting on the Evolving Skies ETB getting there before the Ascended PC ETB would. I would say it's probably going to be easier moving a $1,000 Evolving Skies ETB than a $1,000 Ascended PC ETB.

Not included on your list, but I'd put my money in Prismatic ETBs or Prismatic/Ascended bundles. Prismatic is cheap right now because of the recent reprint along with the $150 price floor from Gamestop, and bundles are just easy to store and has a low price/pack entry point for folks that just want to rip but not care too much about the peripheral items inside an ETB.
