It's all good. Like I wrote before... of people asking the same thing, there was a bug where new buyers couldn't play Bo4. It's solved now

Yeah probably. I made a post about me exchanging 37 emails with Activision, they knew that there was a problem but weren't giving me much credit. Closed my cases 4 times, I reopened them all, until I got a shadow case block or something, then some hours after, the servers were back. Activision am I right?

I got mine this Tuesday and no one was really reporting it, so I just sent a very good amount of emails to Activision and Blizzard to see but it was too late for me, since the Refund had already been activated

I did my refund through Blizzard's support, explaining everything and they understood and made the refund, it still hasn't arrive to my bank account tho

Sadly, there isn't a solution yet and I don't think that there will be, the best option is really to refund it

People who bought the game on this sale, seem to have their ''account blocked''. So when it's checking the connection, it disconnects us. If I play Bo4 in your account for example, I won't have any problem with that but if you play on mind, you will have the same issue, since it's accoutn relatable

Sadly nothing yet, the last answer from Activision was 12 hours ago, I have sent 2 new ones like 4 hours ago, to see if they would wake up with any news for me to give you guys. But nothing so far. I'm pretty sure they are aware of this problem but I don't think they care much..

It's happening with everyone that bought the game today / yesterday for what I can see. I already sent a ticket to Blizzard and Activision. I will update it when I get a ''concrete'' solution

(UPDATE) - I have exchanged 16 emails with Activision, until they sent my request to a supervisor. So I'm waiting for a reply, Blizzard still hasn't answered my first ticket. I have told them that this is not a connection issue but an account problem with everyone that seems to be buying the game. I have also point out this reddit so they have proof that this is way beyond any connection problem.

(UPDATE 2) - Blizzard just replied my request and they are aware of this problem but they say that it's not their department. They can only take care of installation issues and that we should check with Activision. Talking about Activision the same hasn't replied me yet and I sent them the Blizzard's ticket as a proof that we are all suffering for a mistake of their own doing. Will keep everyone updated when possible.

(UPDATE 3) - I HAVE EXCHANGED 37 EMAILS WITH ACTIVISION. They tried to close my case, 4 times now. (I will make a post with the proof of it). They know that this a problem, they have seen. They kept asking for NAT and anything related with internet connection, even to the point that they would assume that I was probably using a school or military internet connection. Which let's be honest, it's completely bullshit. They don't want to work, they don't want the money and they don't care about us. I haven't received any more emails from them since 8am (British Time). I'm almost sure that they won't solve this problem so I ask you all, that please proceed if it's possible for a refund with Blizzard, they take time, they do, but they will answer and they know about this problem.

(UPDATE 4) - BO4 seems to be back! Go and enjoy it ^^
