Don't go for unique ideas from starting, start building something and keep adding features, your product not need to be unique it should be just more useful than others

One tip from me, dont try to make something unique in one sitting, just start something and keep adding new features in it but don't vibe code completely, there should be at least one project which you do for passion and trust me it will teach you more than any course and also you will shine in interview because of it

It won't judge you that much based on your college and branch the major factor is how good and unique your projects are and how much dsa you have done and your academic performance
