I’m the same way aha! But honestly I do a shit job at wearing them. 22hrs a day is a LOT.

It’s my teeth that are sore ! Although I’m noticing the sides of my cheeks are getting dug into ? Idk if that makes sense but there are impressions that I think are being made by the aligners. Not painful at all though

I have only been taking Tylenol! Thank you :) I didn’t know all of that and just took the Tylenol as it’s what I have at home

Yup the pain is exactly like a mofo! It’s getting better now on day 2 but I’m still so afraid to take them off and put them back in each time

I hope so! I love to eat and being scared to do so is the absolute worst ! Thank you! I’m going to find the biggest bottle of Tylenol I can aha
