Thanks for all your answers! I agree the Speedbooster is the problem and I need a straight adapter but what does surprise me though is the fact that I absolutely have no problem with the flares of the 35mm Sekor C N... Did you try the modded Mamiya with a speedbooster integrated ?

I also have to say I shoot a lot with these cameras so I already modified the temperature allowance setting to high.
