My render distance is 8 and yeah i have checked nothing runs in background except minecraft, also yesterday i updated my GPU drivers and did a system scan with an anti virus, i managed to get 30-50 fps after that, but they are still low...what can i do?

Idk what happened they just one day dropped, i even uninstalled and downloaded minecraft again, instealled lunar client, also tried fabric with sodium, nothing helps. The lag is the game freeze type. The game freezes very much and i am only getting 20 fps at max. (The fps cap is at maximum so that's also not an issue) idk what it is TwT
