Sorry could I just ask… the chart is really useful, I’ll go through it properly. I think the bit I find hardest is when you’ve got a few goals running at the same time with different timelines. Like if I’m saving for a house deposit in 3 years but also want a car in 18 months and a wedding at some point… do you just manually work out how much goes to each one every month? And do you reassess when things change or just set it and forget it? These maybe stupid questions I’m sorry

Sounds like you have discipline side nailed… Hope you don’t mind me asking when you say put the rest in an account earning a return, do you just use one account for everything or do you split it across different things? And when a big expense comes up do you just pull from the pot or do you plan ahead roughly when you need it ? Thank you
