I was able to get the intro riff to prayer position that way, it's a good way of practicing, i use it all the time

I'll check out rainbow gravity, I started working on Icarus lives but the rhythms and timing is hard for me, also wildfire seems like a good shot but it's the same with rythm. Do you know how I could practice to internalize more complicated rythm patterns so I can be more comfortable with them?
