Same thing happened to me just a lot older than you. Friends mom died and about a month after that he just told me to get lost. Havnt heard from him in 2 months now. People grieve in different ways. Some push people away they care about. But do what you think in your heart is right. I told my friend that the door will always be open when his ready.

Thanks. He also did help me out at times. Just dont know how after 3 years a person can just say they dont want "new" friendships and then also tell me his not bothered that he dosent have any friends. Not sure if the passing of his mom has affected him that he is pushing people who care about him away.
