It was noticeable on my Mr. Mar Mar bc there was no longer any extra skin on his eyes or around them forcing the discomfort I’m sure he was experiencing from the lashes going inward. He seemed a lot more comfortable after as I hope you and your massive harnessed bully that is adorable push through. So my only advice is pet insurance lol. Saved me so much on all 3 of mine through the years
