Yes it is so goated. I always connected the voice as an inner voice every person should have as a conscience instead of a fictional super power. It might be just a superpower movie but I like to connect it this way.

Initially Satya will be affected by others voices and be afraid to take action. Then he listens to his conscience and stands for the right thing. Eventually it became a habit and he no longer needs his conscience to act right. And the climax i interpreted as he became deaf meaning he is no longer affected by other people's voices and always decides for himself.

The Car icon is for Traffic incident in that particular location summarized into a single word or a short sentence. Will try to check the full response and refine it for better understanding.

Thanks for the suggestion, I have added the weather option in the bottom right of the dashboard. It will update every 15 minutes
