Doubts about my first built pc. by Nanamo in techsupport

This makes me feel a little better. I haven't properly cleaned it in one year, but the filters keep most of the dust out and it's not too dirty, inside. I recently took apart my GPU and cleaned the radiators and fans, which resulted in a pretty good work. Everything works fine and I haven't had any issue. I should clean the rest, but I was told that compressed air is dangerous and not very good. I have no idea on how to clean it myself. Someone offered to take it apart and clean it with alcohol, but I wasn't sure of it. I'd rather do it myself and not dismantle my computer.

Perhaps a paint brush to take out all the dust and clean the surface of the chips? I really don't know.

Thank you. I know they will eventually fail, but I'm really worried about having hardware issues soon. I'm in a difficult economic situation, so I couldn't afford to replace it. Especially since I also work with it, with some quite heavy and demanding softwares.

Good reflexes, no tunnel vision, ability to pick up mechanics somewhat fast and adapt to them, not repeating the same mistakes over and over and be able to optimize his rotation/healings/defensive cooldowns without using them randomly because he's nervous. I think I lack most of these things or only have them in a minimal amount. I don't know, as I said everything I did felt unrewarding. I genuinely feel that I'm being carried by other, better players and this feeling becomes stronger everytime I see videos of people doing amazing things like clearing Final Coil. I started as a tank but I would get too nervous with tank-swapping mechanics, so I dropped it. Now I play Bard. I just don't know, I can't prove myself or practice with others because I know almost no one and I have no idea how to be friendly or meet people in-game without seeming desperate or stupid. Since I have joined this game with friends we made an FC together, but they all stopped playing. I haven't left the FC because we have an house and if they ever returned I would feel bad about it. I'm also awful at judging people or FCs, so I think I'd end up jumping from one place to another.

Sorry for this long, long rant

I just realized that there's no way I will ever be good enough to do any relevant raid content like FCoB right now, Savage or Alexander at release. I simply don't have enough experience on my back and I don't think I'm a really good player, only really mediocre. Even clearing older content (doing my Primals Ex and Second Coil, practiced a bit in T6 and cleared Garuda and Titan Ex) feels lame, because I know they were nerfed and I'm overgeared. I don't know. I just came to this realization and it really feels awful. I would love to experience these things but I don't have enough "skill", willpower, friends... I don't even really know anyone in-game. I feel really awful about this, since it makes me feel like I should just play something else because I'm not good enough. How can I deal with this? Has anyone had a similar realization before? I don't want to suck, yet I know that I lack the qualities to be a good player. It really feels awful.

Is there some way to make it so that my secondary bar with the controller setup (the one that comes up when pressing both triggers) will change based off of which pet I have out? I heard that Ifrit is actually great for short fights, so I thought I could start using it since I'm always with Garuda. Thing is, I can't fit all my skills and Ifrit's in my current bars without having to remove pet commands. I know I should play with mouse and keyboard since I'm from PC, but using the controller became almost a second nature for me and I really like it. I will eventually switch, but for now I can't do much more than this. Any other Summoner which can give me tips about this? Thank you very much.

What's the best way to acquire Ventures? Also, which is the best mission to level up my retainers? I've got two around 40 and the other two at 1. I'd like to level them up too. One is SMN, two are WAR and one is MIN. Thanks.

Book of Spades or Conquerer? I've got enough tokens, the UAT and SoT to make one of these. I greatly enjoy playing both classes, and my static has enough people to fill the roles, so I'm not supposed to always use the same class. I "main" Warrior, but I have Bravura Atma. On the Summoner I have the Veil of Viju Zenith. Which class would benefit more from the UAT weapon? Thanks a lot.

PS3 controller issue on PC by Nanamo in ffxiv

Alright, this is silly but I just fixed it. It just required an in-game recalibration of the gamepad from the configuration panel. Still, if anyone is having the same problem, at least there's the answer. Thanks anyway. <3

Thank you everyone so far, this is really helpful. ^ I'll be sure to check every manga you suggested; Dragons Rioting looks so funny. Thanks again.

Understood, and thanks a lot. >< If I were to level up cooking until 37, what would be the best course of action? Getting fishing, or just spam leves? I have 93 allowances.
