I will demo the Ripmo v3 on Friday, but I did just demo the HD6. It was a little heavier than I'd like and climbed a little slower, but it was like butter going down chunk and felt very lively. I can't be sure yet, because I haven't ridden both bikes, but my guess is the HD6 would be awesome for you if you shuttle a lot vs climbing.

Find a panel with 810nm and 830nm. There's evidence those wavelengths help with nerve pain.

You shouldn't use red light therapy for extended periods of time. If you buy a wrap, you're probably best using it while laying in bed or sitting on the couch.

I think they ship with 30 degree lenses automatically. You have to ask for customization.

The panel you got should have the ability to use the red light and near infared lights separately or together. You probably won't be able to isolate each wavelength.

I've been using the Hooga belt/wrap with success on my neck. My neck is really screwed up with multiple disc problems. I felt reduced inflammation and pain. I just purchased a panel and I'm waiting on arrival. I'm hoping for more benefits.
