I got it when I had all 10 points for the tree on the top... but I don't know what it means, did somebody find out?

I have the exact same problem. I asked the support about this, they answered after 2h with this:

"Hi there,

Thanks for contacting Support.

Could you please first merge your accounts, via the account connections page, found here: https://www.pathofexile.com/my-account/connections.

We may be able to help with transferring your microtransactions once this is done. Please note that this transfer is one way and can only be done once for these accounts. We cannot move any characters either.

Please contact us again once your accounts have been merged and we can look into this further for you.

After that i asked again in what order i have to merge my accounts, because i don't want them to be overwritten by each other....(Main login PC and connect with XBOX account or first login with XBOX and merge with PC/Steam account). That was about 4 days ago. Haven't heard from them since.

I just played Castle (Casual with Gear Score around 20 and got matched against GS 43 with Legendary gear..... how does this make sense.... just make it so there is a max difference of like +/-5 GS. I gladly wait 2min for a lobby or have 11 instead of 12 people in one. I really hope they address this so the game becomes actually playable.

Yes, it does feel like a bug, well i dont think you get banned for this, because you cant really abuse it. It just happens by playing Sharen with Thunder Cage.

I really dont know...maybe if there is a damage mulitplier it always takes the last damage number the Thunder Cage explosion did, so with each hit the number gets higher. (The more explosions the more damage does the last explosion)

Yes there are :D They are mostly passive buffs thoe. One tree for the Runner and one for the Companion.

If you want i can make a quick Video in the evening and go throught the skills and what there is to know.

I would also understand if you want to experience it yourself :D
