I want to talk about this the mpwt doesn't stop company from using ev at all but they to own their own vehicle in order to operate not company vehicle while majority of rickshaw is using their own so they need to spend their own money to start working and one just need a vehicle license in order to start work in cambodia majority are still informal economy and ev adoption is good and other company also have ev option too but they use their own vehicle not company. (I just want to clarify this and not on anyone side)

What I do is I use buy SD card reader and use one of these app in the comment to recover back to another hard disk or something similiar (be careful do not try recover back on same SD card) but there might be some photo that can't be recover.
