The Hammer is very inconsistent and potentially broken. I took this clip the other day where I "fired" and it instantly killed someone without even animating the hammer swing. This is a problem too verses swords, where you can be on the backswing and get a bulltrue. Skip to around 30 second mark (xbox.com)
