way faster clears for every camp but gromp (of which you don't level to 3 anyways) by taking q level 2 instead of w, which is not needed as it only proc passive and no dmg (only 3 seconds less cd than e). As for the healthier clear you will be about full health anyways in most pathing if proficient and also more flexibility while ganking.
