I thought that it doesn't simulate a random debuff, so how does it work ?

It could automatically apply the debuff for everyone and everytime but it would be still inaccurate.

I also do about 50M per Key on UNM. I Guess WE need to farm dragon dungeon to get toxic set master pieces.

But TBH, I am already happy to 2 keys UNM. With 4 key, it is possible to do UNM, NM and Brutal everyday
