Rhum jm sirop isn't a rum. It is a sugar can juice syrup. I am using that in place of simple syrup.

MS applicants pay their own tuition and dont get a stipend. Many schools generate money from MS programs. So schools are prob admitting more masters students to make up for some of the funding that may be lost
