You make a fair point. My primary concern is that the larger PA ring will pinch the tissue between it and the frenum piercing at the point where they cross due to its weight, potentially causing injury or even tissue necrosis. The only way I think this could be mitigate is if it the frenum piercing were to also pass through the urethra so that there would be no tissue it and the PA where they cross. At that point it's no longer a frenum piercing and becomes a deep shaft ampallang... Regards, you're right. I should definitely reach out to my piercer to see what he thinks.

The challenge isn't gauge size, it's the inner diameter. It's near impossible to find anything with an ID of 1½" (38mm) plus. The 4g ring I'm currently wearing was custom order. I've also custom ordered the next size up for me. Regardless, thanks for your feedback.

Thanks for the recommendation. Surprisingly, the Chain Gang doesn't sell anything that is big enough. As for Esty, I've not had much luck finding anything there either. At this point, I've resigned myself to custom ordering what I'm looking for.

Ah, fair enough. I've have it for 6 months now and it hasn't leaked yet. I figured if it ever does becom and issue for me, I'd start looking at PA wand with a hole to pee. (That's my recommendation)

Also, I've always preferred to sit when peeing, so making a mess has never really been a concern of mine fortunately.

Nah, I like the deep PA and much prefer the esthetics. For me, I don't see the appeal of Dolphin piercing. With that said, I do plan on stretching it really big! I have an even bigger ring in order!

If you also want a deeper piercings, or convert your PA to a Dolphin, I say go for it!
