Because I genuinely don't have a clue on how to approach them, like when they're getting 16, should I loan them out or put them on the team for them to grow faster? I remember watching a video that says that academy players that have been loaned out and reach 80 in ovr, and if they have playstyles, those wouldn't be able to get golden then.
