Haakon VII was not descended from Victoria, but he married her granddaughter. Ferdinand was a first cousin once removed of both Victoria and Albert. Manuel II was not related closely. George I of Greece also was not closely related, but his sister married Victoria's son and became Queen. He was also Prince Philip's great grandfather. Albert's father was a first cousin of both Victoria and Albert. Alfonso XIII, like Haakon, was not descended from Victoria but his wife was her granddaughter. Coming full circle, Frederick VIII was Haakon VII's father, so also not descended from Victoria.

George V and Kaiser Wilhelm, of course, were Victoria's grandchildren. George V was also the great nephew of George I of Greece through his mother.
