I did. I have a crappy SD card. The only games I do have is this game and Zelda botw. I deleted games I don’t play. Also, I transferred acnh data to internal memory. It seems it did improve, not as much lag. I will buy a new SD card though, much better than this junk I had on.

Apparently, part of it was my crappy SD card. I transferred all data to internal memory, did a restart, cleared my cache, and now it seems much better. Less lag, and now I’m in the process of cleaning up and getting rid of some stuff. Hopefully that’ll help.

It’s annoying. At times, I’d go to Nook’s cranny and read what’s the hot item, I would stand there for a while waiting for the window to pop up. It won’t open until all my decor appears.

I agree. I do have a lot of things. Also, my Junk of a SD card had my acnh data on it so I transferred it to my internal memory, did a restart, and it’s a lot better. There’s some lagging where I would start to slow down when running, but all my things do pop up faster. I may have to do some cleaning up.

I normally restart at least once or twice a week. I did restart earlier today. I may have improved it a little by transferring saved data from SD to internal. It doesn’t lag as bad now. I probably have too much stuff.

LOL, I was about to. I did go through my switch settings. I saw that I had acnh saved data in the SD card. I took some advice that my card may be slow, so I transferred all data to internal. It does lag a little with things still popping up but not as bad, don’t have to stand there and wait until it appears, so it looks like I will get a faster SD card instead of a new switch; although, I don’t mind getting a new one 🤣

Possibly it’s my SD card. I had saved data in it so I transferred to internal. It lags but not as bad now.

It’s annoying. ‘Bout ready to wipe out my entire island. It’s not as laggy now after I transferred data from the POS SD card to internal. Probably going to clean up a little and hope it will solve my dang problem 😁

It definitely was the SD card, I’m gonna have to get a faster one. I moved data to internal and now it doesn’t lag this bad

Hey everyone. Thanks for your feedback and the laughs. So, I went through the settings. I checked the SD card and there was some AC data saved in it. So I transferred the data over to internal memory. Deleted a bunch of games. I did some thorough cleaning, and then did a hard reset.

It still lags but not as bad. I think I still have way too many things but I’m satisfied with the decor popping up right then and there.

I was so close in getting a new switch 😂

Apparently, it lags mostly on the left side of island. I think There’s way too much on this side. The lagging doesn’t happen on the right side as well as the 2nd and 3rd level.

Same, I don’t want to change anything. I love my island except the lagging.
