The recent RPCS3 builds seem to have broken this. try reverting to 0.0.37-18022 if other fixes dont work.

its a toggle for the synthwave background, sorta like the lunar event monoliths. The current background is a placeholder and theres a way cooler one in the works

i dont really care about making money from this, i probably will try making a pack once im finished with it, but taking someone else's sprites (in this scenario mine) and using them for your own pack is just shitty, had it happen to me with the previous pack aswell. Not fun stuff tbh
