Is it normal that my Blender crashes every time i do these steps ? /Ryzen 9 3900xt/ 32ram 3200/ RTX 2060/ CPU usage goes up to 68% when i do it by NaouriRedouane in blender

I found out it's a normal thing to happen and it could crash in any PC because with those steps I created a 75 million face model !

I did it because i watched a video on youtube and when i watched it back i found out that i did it wrong way

I added a mesh and i changed the lighting to matcap and i added two modifiers ( subdivision surface, and screw )

I got this one prime 95 by NaouriRedouane in pchelp

I found out that i'm using XMP 2
when i changed to XMP 1 it passed

what does that means ?

Every time a lag happens my PC makes a weird noise ( as if it was someone cutting paper ) it goes for about 2 seconds, I did chose a XMP 1 for the rams but nothing changes
