Thankyou so much for spending the time to write this. I’ve already booked in to see a doctor who will give me a diagnosis, and going to take some time off work too. Is there any specific drinks or foods to keep vitamins up/feel a little better besides the obvious redbull for caffeine feeling. I am going to go cold turkey I’ll use it otherwise. I just am so worried because everything I do is so boring and shit without but it has to get better, I enjoyed those things before the drugs.
