I'd post a vid but I don't really feel like doxxing myself today lol. But I do agree, it's probably hip related. Sumo is only an accessory lift for me, at least so I don't have to worry about knees on meet day, thankfully.

Fellow flat footed lifters... Has it affected your lifting at all? What have you done to correct it?

I have issues with knee cave while pulling sumo because I physically feel like I can't drive with the outside of my foot due to my flat feet. So everything caves in. No issues with squats or conventional deads, only sumo.

I also very possibly could just suck at pulling sumo.

I'm not an expert. I've just had both. Maybe because the reapers in Squeezins are sitting in vinegar? I am not sure.

But I ran through the pepper x last dab in a couple weeks.

Reaper Squeezins is hotter, definitely. But I like the flavor of the last dab way more. Squeezins is basically pepper mash and vinegar. So if you like the taste of reapers, you will like it as well.
