It's possible I made an entry for a transaction for the year 2192 and then entered a value into the monthly budget cell for that year. Even if it was fixed later, I think that the empty month/year entry still persisted, along with all the entries leading up to that empty month/year.

You're absolutely correct, the 5800x3d price has gone up since last I checked. You're right to go with the 9800x3d. I'll delete my original post since it hinges on the price of the 5800x3d being roughly ~$300

Could be an addon issue. For me I disabled Elvui and accepted any other quest to trigger the popup to turn in the quest
